Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING - All of our digital and physical products include free standard shipping. Emails including digital files will be sent immediately upon purchase. All other orders will be processed within 2-3 days upon receipt of payment.

We currently only ship to AUSTRALIA.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email including tracking information for your order.

Before completing your purchase, please take into consideration that there are currently widespread delivery delays to avoid your product not arriving in time for your special event!

**Print on Demand products take longer than the above estimates to be delivered. These products are custom made for you when you place your order, they are not held in stock. Estimated delivery to Australia ranges from 5-30 business days, depending on the product, from the shipped date (does not include 1-2 days processing time).

All of our physical products are shipped by a third party supplier. If multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive separate emails with tracking numbers.

Our delivery partners and ourselves cannot guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something under our control.

Due to natural disasters and other unforeseen circumstances from time to time, delivery time frames can be affected. Your patience in such circumstances would be highly appreciated.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned, a member of our team will contact you via email.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned, a member of our team
will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned due to incorrect address.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT

A notification will be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office if you are not present when the order is delivered by Australia Post.
If your item is being delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience.
A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

REJECTED BY RECEIVER

If your item is a gift, kindly ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.

MISSING ITEM FROM ORDER

If you find that an item is missing from your delivery, kindly contact us within 7 days from delivery date to resolve the issue. Please note that items may sometimes be shipped separately.

The expected time delivery provided by each courier partner is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons.
